Well, I still ask myself that question some days.
It usually starts with Ted saying “can you believe that you’ve actually opened up a pastry shop?” at which point I briefly pause-not long enough to really contemplate the answer, and carry on, giggling at the moment of insanity I had 3 years ago when I actually jumped in with two feet. This is typically preceded by “but it is pretty cool to think that you have your own shop!” and haven’t looked back since . . .
